"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader." – John Quincy Adams

I I have devoted more than 33 years of action in the service of the American Rose Society at the national, district and local levels. I believe my actions have inspired others to dream more about roses, to learn more, to do more and to become better rosarians. This makes me a leader and I now offer to undertake that leadership role as the next Vice President of the American Rose Society.

My continuing commitment to service is motivated by the teaching of King Benjamin in the scriptures of my faith: "And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God." Mosiah 2:17. Following are summaries of my service to the rose.
